EigthyFen Glazed by Tvitec: Eye-Catching Windows in London

80 Fenchurch

The design and sustainability of the glass create a unique and refreshing façade between the classic City offices.

EigthyFen by TP Bennett. Eye-catching windows that set London’s striking new trend

The 14 floors of 80 Fenchurch Street in the heart of London have a “playful” and “refreshing” look that catches your eye among the City’s monolithic office towers. This was the intention of their designers and it is certainly a mission accomplished. The windows that protrude and sink into the façade with just the right measure of architectural chaos contribute to this in no small part.

However, behind the stunning and “fresh” image that the glass adds to the building amidst its Portuguese limestone cladding, there is a conscientious processing of the architectural glass. Tvitec left nothing to chance to produce units that are sustainable and contribute to the sustainability of EightyFen. The Italian façade designer Focchi, which is making its mark in London, manufactured double glazing with Guardian 62/34 Superneutral coatings.
