The building is certified to International standard LEED Gold thanks to the use of a variety of energy management systems including the use of Guardian SunGuard SNX 60/28 solar protective glass.
Office building Aviatica, whose name refers to the production of aircraft engines in the former factory complex, is a distinctive looking structure designed by Jakub Cigler Architects, whose shell is based on a combination of aluminium profiles with glass ceilings and horizontal ledges rather than connections to floor slabs.
The Aviatica building is certified to International standard LEED Gold thanks to the use of a variety of energy management systems including the use of Guardian SunGuard SNX 60/28 solar protective glass.
With a beautiful, neutral transparent appearance and low reflection, this glass adds a sophisticated look to the building, while also letting in plenty of natural daylight but a low quantity of solar heat.
The result is a more comfortable working environment for occupants.
